Dr. Karolina Rincon is a dedicated general and cosmetic dentist committed to delivering exceptional dental care through personalized treatment, advanced technology, and genuine compassion. Originally from Colombia, she moved to Florida where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology from Florida Atlantic University, a master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from Barry University, and her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Nova Southeastern University. After practicing in Miami, she and her family relocated to Winter Springs in 2021, where she became the owner of Winter Springs Dentistry. Over the past five years, she has continued to grow the practice while serving the community with a patient-first philosophy.
With nearly a decade of clinical experience, Dr. Rincon provides comprehensive general and cosmetic dentistry, helping patients improve both the health and appearance of their smiles. Her experience ranges from routine preventive and restorative care to complete smile makeovers, including porcelain veneers, Invisalign treatment, and full-arch implant-retained restorations. She believes every treatment plan should be tailored to each patient’s individual goals, lifestyle, and long-term oral health.
Committed to clinical excellence, Dr. Rincon regularly pursues advanced continuing education to remain at the forefront of modern dentistry. She incorporates leading technologies such as 3D imaging, digital intraoral scanning, laser dentistry, and digital smile planning to deliver precise, comfortable, and predictable results. She is an Invisalign provider, certified in diode laser dentistry and Botox®, and is an active member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Central Florida District Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the American Academy of Clear Aligners.
Known for her gentle approach, professionalism, and genuine compassion, Dr. Rincon has earned the trust of patients who frequently praise her calm demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to make even the most anxious patients feel comfortable. She believes that patient education is the foundation of outstanding care and takes the time to ensure every patient understands their diagnosis, treatment options, and the reasons behind each recommendation.
Outside the office, Dr. Rincon enjoys spending time with her husband, Ricardo, who serves as the practice’s Office Manager, and their two children, Ricky and Bella. Whether exploring Central Florida, enjoying the outdoors, or making family memories together, she values the same sense of community and connection that she strives to bring to every patient experience.
